Warranty & Returns Policy

All devices come with at least a 12 month warranty.

Reolink cameras come with a 24 month warranty.

Sometimes products need to be returned due to faults or other reasons.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the New Zealand Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or full refund for a major failure.

We will work with you to ensure you are happy with all of our devices, but if a return is deemed appropriate then arrangements will be made.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For "change of mind" you have up to 7 days from receiving your device to contact us and make arrangements for return.  All devices must be returned in new, unused, unopened condition, along with all original (undamaged) box, batteries (if supplied) and instructions/manuals.  You will get a 97.1% refund of the total spent,  the remaining 2.9% is kept to cover merchant fees. 

Items purchased online can be returned, at your own expense, providing the general returns conditions are met.  Please contact us first before returning goods so we can provide you with a return authorisation number.  Failure to obtain an authorisation number may mean a delay, or refusal, of your refund.
